The firecracker shrimp is a very simple combination of shrimp cooked in sweet and spicy sauces. The shrimp was very tender and the sauce had hints of spice and a mild chili-garlic flavor. The added garnishes also served as different textures without altering the taste of the dish.
- Creamy Lobster Croquettes
An encrusted ball of what, at first glance, seems like an unorganized mash of ingredients, the Creamy Lobster Croquettes are a three-piece delicacy of Spanish chorizo, mozzarella, small peas, kaffir lime, tartar sauce. Breaking into the crispy shell reveals a rich center of beautiful chorizo and lobster with the surprisingly unifying taste of the peas. The tartar sauce really gives the dish its decadent texture and a slight taste of gruyere. This dish is a little heavy for an appetizer but is one I highly recommend.
- Thai Glazed Atlantic Salmon
The Thai Glazed Atlantic Salmon is a wonderfully decorated dish plated on a bed of potato gnocchi and asparagus. The fish itself was flaky and paired very well with the slightly heavier sauce that had a subtle and unique carrot taste. The gnocchi and asparagus were great side pieces, making this a great option for a light lunch
