Our Reviews:
- Tuna Sashimi

Elegantly plated in a puddle of soy sauce, the tuna sashimi combined the fresh taste of tuna with the vibrant flavor of ginger and soy. The scallion garnish paired well with the sauce and provided a subtle burst of freshness with every bite.
- Salmon Sushi

The salmon perfectly delivered its unique flavor while melting in my mouth, signifying its freshness. Completing the dish was the sesame seed garnish, which paired very well with the rice. Overall, it was a very satisfying bite.
- Toro Hand Roll

Like all toro, the fish in this particular hand roll was extremely tender and tasted like a more decadent variation of tuna. Sugar Fish advises diners to eat hand rolls immediately when served to preserve the texture of the seaweed; this advice is spot on as the seaweed was perfect in its crispiness and prevented the roll from becoming one-note in texture.
